Design supervision and owner's supervision

We provide engineering support and quality control throughout construction, mechanical installation, and commissioning. We verify that site activities strictly align with approved engineering documentation and resolve emerging technical queries promptly.

Design Supervision (Author's Supervision)

Design supervision scope includes:

• Auditing site execution against approved engineering design packages
• Clarifying design intent and technical specifications for field teams
• Evaluating contractor design change requests and field proposals
• Approving permissible technical deviations and modifications
• Resolving complex field engineering challenges and interferences
• Logging non-conformances and site discrepancies
• Preparing revision drawings and red-line updates within agreed limits

Design supervision complements, but does not replace, contractor quality control (QA/QC) or statutory owner supervision requirements.

Owner's Supervision & Quality Inspection

Within designated authority thresholds, we monitor:

• Compliance with engineering documentation and project specifications
• Workmanship quality and sequence of construction activities
• Verification of incoming raw materials and mechanical equipment
• Review of mill certificates, data books, and submittal registers
• Inspections of concealed works and witness testing activities
• Tracking punch list resolutions and corrective action implementation
• Mechanical completion readiness for system handover

Specialized inspection tasks requiring specific statutory credentials or certified registrations are performed by appropriately licensed engineers.

Handover & Commissioning Assistance

We participate in intermediate and final acceptance sign-offs for civil works, mechanical equipment, and utility systems.

We inspect supply completeness, verify engineering design compliance, audit testing documentation, and evaluate equipment operational readiness. Identified items are logged into formal punch lists and tracked through final resolution.
